Friday night is a big night for many reasons. When we were kids it was the night that we didn’t have to worry about getting up for school in the morning, it meant Saturday morning cartoons were coming very soon, and it definitely represented the word relaxation. Now that we have grown up, Friday night still represents relaxation. Though our interests have changed, it still represents a night of fun, for both men and women. If you are in a dating relationship, make plans and get out and enjoy the night. Here are few tips of things you can do on a Friday night.

Dating should be fun, so get out and have a good time. Something you may not have thought about doing with your date is indoor surfing. You may have to search for a place that offers it, but it is a lot of fun and will definitely push you out of your comfort zone. Learn with your date how to boogie board or surf down a slight hill with water shooting in an upward motion toward you.

Have you thought about learning to dance? You may want to give it a shot. There are a lot of different types of dance which you may want to consider. Ballroom dance may be a bit more difficult than you want to engage, but country dancing might be a fit for you. Check your local listings for locations where dancing is available and check with them to see if they offer quick dance classes prior to the dance so you can practice what you learn before you hit the dance floor. Again, this is going to push you outside of your comfort zone, but it will definitely be a good time!

Sports events are always a good time. It’s a chance for you to sit down with your date and laugh while you enjoy the entertainment. These are usually crowded events so you will definitely have something to talk about if you can’t find anything in common. Relax and just enjoy the event as you get to know your date. Another nice thing about events like this is that there is plenty of places willing to provide you with food. Nothing like good food and great company!

The classic dinner and movie date is always a favorite. There is something about having someone bring us food and then clean it up for us that we find so appealing! It is so nice to just sit down and converse while someone else takes care of everything for us. While a movie may not be the best place to get to know your date, it is definitely a nice place to relax. Let someone tell you a story as you sit down and just enjoy the evening.

Dating is supposed to be fun, so if you are going to do it, make sure you plan something that you and your date can enjoy. Obviously you need to carefully select your date so that they will enjoy those things which you like to do, but that is an entirely different subject. Enjoy yourself as you get to know your date.
